Jiang Tao introduced Huawei's business development layout, digital transformation methodology, research and application of the latest technologies in the field of water conservancy and national practice, and research and application of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure. And it is stated that Henan Water Investment, as a provincial-level water affairs group covering the entire chain of water conservancy industry "survey, design, investment, construction, and operation" in Henan Province, has rich industry scenario requirements.
