According to Bu Xiaopeng, Director of the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, since the establishment of the "odorless park", more than 200 gas related problems have been discovered and rectified in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, with an investment of 250 million yuan in environmental protection. The platform achieves precise control of paid pollution discharge, limited pollution discharge, over discharge valve closure, and total quantity control.

Empowering intelligent supervision with big data, platform construction data traceability analysis, and assisting management personnel in quickly identifying abnormal monitoring data or pollution events. Once an abnormal situation occurs, quickly retrieve the files of surrounding pollution sources, use traceability models and automatic monitoring data, combined with meteorological conditions, analyze the pollution discharge and diffusion paths of surrounding enterprises, and determine the source of pollutant emissions. Provide scientific basis for administrative law enforcement and pollution control through precise traceability.

In terms of point layout, taking atmospheric environment governance as an example, the platform connects 135 key pollution source emission online monitoring stations, 56 enterprises with more than 200 unorganized emission plant boundary stations, 6 park boundary stations, 2 upwind and downwind VOCs stations, 4 standard air stations in the area, 43 grid micro stations, 2 sensitive target stations, and 1 motor vehicle exhaust station; Equipped with a navigation monitoring vehicle, capable of monitoring over 120 types of atmospheric pollutants, and conducting regular or irregular navigation inspections of the park. The staff clicked on a large screen on an information platform and immediately saw real-time air quality data from environmental monitoring points. Once a certain data exceeds the limit, the system will automatically alarm, and the grid responsible person will understand the alarm situation and react quickly in the first time

Combination of peace and war, safety and environmental linkage

The platform builds a daily monitoring and early warning network, warning and risk management mechanism, and emergency support system, highlighting the full process control of risk sources, comprehensively improving regional risk monitoring and early warning and prevention capabilities, transforming passivity into initiative, and forming an emergency management system of "peacetime prevention and wartime linkage". In response to emergencies, we aim to detect, warn, and respond promptly. Provide a guided emergency response process for risk events, assisting operators in completing the entire process from incident response, incident identification, plan initiation, on-site investigation, incident reporting, to on-site command, resource scheduling, emergency rescue, emergency termination, incident assessment, and post disaster reconstruction.
